Navigating Compliance in the Current Market offers an up-to-the-minute look at myriad topics affecting the market today. From compliance challenges to affordable housing, participants will review a number of contemporary subjects related to mortgage loan origination. Covered issues include TILA, RESPA, the TRID Rule, ECOA, the Fair Housing Act, FCRA, the GLBA, and more. Plus, students will explore nontraditional loan programs, affordable housing concerns, cryptocurrency in the mortgage market, mortgage fraud, and beyond.
Attendance & Participation:
- Attendance is mandatory to receive course credit and it will be monitored. Participants that miss any portion of the course will be required to reschedule
